Orders
Orders are placed online at skinpoeme.al. After you complete your details, the order is confirmed by email or message. Prices are shown in Lek (ALL) for Albania and Euro (EUR) for Kosovo, and include all costs except the delivery fee shown during checkout.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery (COD) — you pay when you receive the product in hand. We do not require a card or prepayment. Check the package at the moment of delivery.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Albania and Kosovo with local couriers. The delivery fee depends on the city and is shown clearly before you confirm the order. Usual delivery time is 1–3 working days.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, only if the product is unopened and the package is in original condition. If a product arrives damaged or wrong, write to us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order ID and we will replace it for free or refund you.
Products
All products are 100% original Korean, imported from official suppliers. Descriptions and advice on the site are informative and do not replace a dermatologist's advice. Check the ingredient list if you have known allergies.
Privacy
Your data (name, phone, address) is used only to process and deliver the order — never sold or shared. Skin analysis photos are never stored on the server. Read more on the privacy page.
