No legal walls of text. Here is exactly what happens to your photo and your information at Skin Poème.
Your photos are never saved
When you use the skin analyzer, your photo is sent once to our server, held only in memory, forwarded to the AI model that reads it, and then discarded. It is never written to disk, never saved in a database, and never kept after your analysis finishes. There is no photo archive and no face database — close the page and nothing of your photo remains with us.
How the AI analysis works
The analysis is done by a professional AI vision model. The photo is transmitted securely, used only to produce your skin report, and is not used to identify you or to build a profile of your face. The 8-week “after” preview is a projection from that same single photo — it is not stored either.
What we do store
Only what the shop needs to run: your account login, and your orders (name, phone, address) so delivery can reach you. We also keep anonymous counters — for example, that an analysis happened — never the photo or your identity in it. We never sell or share your personal information with advertisers.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, we use the name, email address and profile photo Google provides to create or access your Skin Poème account. We keep a link to that Google account for future sign-ins. We do not request access to your Gmail messages.
Your data, your choice
Want your account or orders deleted? Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we will remove them. The full AI analyzer — scan, product matching and projection — works without an account; we only limit how many analyses each network can run per day to prevent abuse.
